Computational Analysis of Brazilian Choro

This project investigates how new digital technologies can support the musical practice of Bra- zilian choro. Our research combines musicological expertise and cultural heritage research with computational methods for large-scale music analysis and the development of AI-driven tools for harmonic analysis and automatic harmonization of choro melodies.
